Congressman Teddy Boy Locsin lost his cool during the latest congressional hearing on the alleged election fraud last May 10, 2010.
While it's unbecoming of a Congressman, it's understandable why Rep. Locsin got so frustrated with Smartmatic's nonchalant explanation that the wrong dates on the PCOS machine print-outs are irrelevant to the poll results.
